Whilst the state of the startup ecosystem report finds that just 3% of VC funding went to women-led businesses our portfolio tells a different story.
40% of our portfolio are women founders:

47% of our portfolio companies are male founders:
We are incredibly excited by all of these companies, and love the amazing founders behind them. We do not have quotas or targets, but have chosen an even split through good policy and a conscious approach to reducing unconscious bias. There are lots of great start ups supporting women founders – Scale Investors, Alice Anderson fund and Giant Leap to name a few.
